Ready to launch a career in finance where you’re part of the conversation, not stuck on the sidelines?

If you’re curious, energetic, and enjoy working with people while learning something new every day, this could be the perfect starting point.

Join a growing team where your ideas are welcomed, your questions are encouraged, and your career is built through real involvement—not just observation.

Who we are ?

Engage Financial Solutions is an Australian‑based, multi‑sourcing provider supporting financial planning, accounting, and audit firms across Australia through paraplanning, administration, practice management, accounting, and audit services.

We’re ambitious, growing quickly, and building a team of people who want to be part of something bigger.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be right in the action—working closely with senior team members, and eventually financial advisers and external providers in Australia, building skills, confidence, and experience at pace.

You’ll be:

  • Preparing advice documents alongside Financial Advisers
  • Diving into product research and financial modelling to support real client strategies
  • Assisting with the implementation of financial advice
  • Actively liaising with investment and insurance providers to gather and clarify information
  • Completing client and product documentation, including applications and internal forms
  • Developing a strong, practical grounding in Australian financial advice

What’s in it for you?

  • A full‑time role with structured training and clear career progression
  • Immediate exposure to Australian financial advice and real client work
  • A supportive, high‑energy team that wants you to speak up, ask questions, and grow
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • A culture where initiative is noticed and effort is rewarded

This could be you if you:

  • Have completed (or are close to completing) a degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field—or hold a recognised finance qualification
  • Have any prior experience in finance (great if you do, but not essential)
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken
  • Enjoy building relationships and working closely with others
  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and excited to learn new systems
  • Can stay organised while juggling multiple tasks
  • Bring energy, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to what you do
