As the Chief Executive and co-founder of Engage Financial Solutions, Craig is passionate about helping businesses overcome the operational challenges often experienced with growth. Under his leadership, Engage Financial Solutions has become a trusted partner that helps financial advice practices streamline their operations, reduce costs and improve efficiency, therefore freeing up their time to continue to build their business and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
When he’s not working Charles enjoys scuba diving in the tropics, playing golf, and savouring interesting food and wine experiences.
Andreana is a passionate Formula 1 enthusiast and devoted family person. Beyond her passion for watching races and examining driver stats, she finds joy in spending quality time with her loved ones and doting on her two pet dogs. She believes that work-life balance is key to achieving a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle that encompasses both personal and professional aspirations
Sharad co-founded ACP Asset Management, is a member of its Board of Directors, and serves on the Investment Committee.
Sharad is responsible for sourcing, executing acquisitions and monitoring several of ACP Asset Management’s portfolio companies. He serves on all investee company boards and maintains strong personal relationships with all stakeholders across the investment spectrum.
Prior to founding ACP Asset Management, Sharad trained and practiced as a corporate M&A lawyer in both Sydney and Abu Dhabi and has worked for several global law firms including Linklaters, Allens Arthur Robinson, and DLA Piper. He holds a Bachelor of Business and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Technology, Sydney.

How do you work with our Engage team member?
We’d like you to think of our staff as part of your team. They are contactable via video conference, email, or phone during office hours.
Our systems and proactive communication keep you informed of the status of all work-in progress. This helps you manage your next steps with clients to deliver a great experience for them.
How do we address the data security and privacy requirements?
Our office and systems are configured to meet the highest standards in cybersecurity, physical controls, and IT operations. We also actively train our staff to ensure consistent adherence to these standards, as well as responsiveness to new requirements as they arise.
We will help you complete any formalities required by your licensee.

How do we ensure quality and compliance?
All advice documents go through an internal review process.
All employees are kept up to date with all legislative changes that affect the financial planning industry and are provided with ongoing technical training as they progress through the company.
How do you receive your completed work?
All advice documents are completed in a Word document and presentations (if required) are provided in PowerPoint.
These can be uploaded to Xplan/Worksorted/AdviserLogic, any CRM you use or other secure cloud service such as OneDrive and Microsoft SharePoint.
