Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will provide end-to-end paraplanning support for Australian advisers, including:
- Maintaining financial planning software based on client instructions and supporting documentation.
- Conducting product research and financial modelling and working closely with financial advisers to develop strategies and advice.
- Preparing compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs) and supporting documentation in line with Australian regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with advisers to ensure outputs meet service, quality, and compliance standards.

If you’re detail-driven, tech-savvy, and love solving problems, this role is for you!
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2 year experience in preparing Statements of Advice (SoAs) for the Australian financial planning industry.
- Thorough understanding of the compliance requirements, and financial products in the Australian financial planning industry.
- Experience using Xplan (WealthSolver, Risk Researcher, and Xtools+) – mandatory.
- Experience using other financial planning software such as Plutosoft, Midwinter, Adviserlogic, or Intelliflo (highly regarded).
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Copilot.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.

Work Location
This role requires onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig City during probation, transitioning to a hybrid setup thereafter. Applicants must be willing to work onsite as required.
